Why did they(iraq) just now delcare that WMD are banned in Iraq. This is something that should have been done long ago. This is another ploy by Iraq to by time.

Excellent. Powell makes his point repeatedly, no fancy talk, just straight-up and easy to understand reason. No mistaking his message. I sure hope Baghdad is listening.
