Singles Awareness Day

I see a lot of us are single, and it is Valentine's Day...a day which is making some of us feel kinda bad.

For many of us, Valentine's day was a great excuse to do something romantic for/with our honeys...

And for others, a reminder that they just don't have one in the first place.

Well, I propose that we cheer up, for one thing, and concentrate instead on the positive aspects of being single!

With me, the neighbors no longer think my name is Where In The Hell Have You Been. Plus, any movie with big explosions and nudie-ness is unanimously approved for viewing!

On Singles Awareness Day, we will cherish free will!

And in the spirit of self-delusion of Singles Awareness Day, we will NOT dwell on its Acronym.

Hip Hip, HooRay! Thats right... Today is also a Celebration for all Single Men EveryWhere! LOL... I look at it this way- I saved money as well as the time and stress of Finding the PerfectGift today!

Besides, Valentine's Day is an Over-Commercialized Media-Induced circus event meant to trap and subject the Male Gender not to Cupids Will, but to the Will of HallMark and Flower/TeddyBear Merchants from Coast to Coast. It really is a Conspiracy bent to Reduce the Male Ego to the whims of Women while Emptying his Pockets. The mental anquish and physical stress that is induced because of Love's Demands on this day is both Cruel and Unusual Punishment. I, for one, am glad not to have to partake and suffer on this day's unfair requirements.

Hehehe... Jaded? Me? No Way- now, where is that chubby little butthead so I can shove his arrows where... etc.

Ok, I lied it SUCKS!!! My college has a ratio of like 10women for every 5 guys. Its sad that I haven't asked one out. Well I guess not, I'm not doing it from somewhat of a moral standpoint. I just don't really have the time right now that a girl would deserve. I suppose someday...

Being a good looking single guy, (shining 4 out of 5 finger nails on chest) I get asked quite often, What/Why a good looking, charming, intelligent man such as myself is doing single? Why am I not married or have kids?

My answer is and has been for quite some time, (between relationships that is)
