11 year old caught cheating arrested on felony charges

The boy, a sixth grader, went to his classroom during lunch and changed 5 of his grades on the teacher's computer. They arrested him and are threatening several years in Juvenal Detention.

Oh, Florida. That's where they try 14-year-olds as adults for murder. No big deal.

Depending on the case, I would not have a problem even giving a 14 year old the death penalty as a juror for murder. Twenty years ago when I was in high school a 15 year old beat his 6 year old cousin to death with a baseball bat then stabbed him 30 times, all because the 6 year old beat him in a game of pool. He deserved the death penalty for that murder. By 14 or 15 you should pretty much know right from wrong.

Geesh, he's 11 and was doing 11-yr-old bad boy things...I did much worse than that...they need to ease up on the felony BS.

I mean...um...I didn't do much worse, my friend did.

Well, I think this is a perfect example of the liberal Nazi type teachers that are in the public school systems. They are control freaks no longer satisfied to discipline children and lead by action but if the child doesn't fit in the box they have created a throw them away mentality exhists.

Isn't that a serious contradiction in terms?

Actually it is in a way, yet when I've dealt with teachers in the california school system they seemed to be passionate liberals until you disagree with them then it hits the fan and they become fascists!
