Why would they filibuster Estrada? What they can't come up with real arguments for him to not be on the circuit court so they decide to filibuster him!? How lame is that? Just because he's hispanic? I don't agree with hiring him just because he's hispanic (which maybe the case here I don't know, I'm not familiar with the topic) but certainly NOT hiring because he's hispanic is certainly a load of bull.
