home sweet home

as most of you know, i ve been workingout of town since mid november. friday morning(around 2 am,i work nites)i made a decesion to take friday thru monday off and come home. drove straight home from the jobsite. had to pull over in a mickey dees parking lot and sleep for an hour or so because i was seeing things in the windshield that werent there . made it home at around 2 pm thurs afteernoon.

havent been posting or reading much here at timo as i would like to because of working away from home.

but the time i do spend here when i hit the library in the town i stay at gives me a good feeling kinda like being at home.

and for that i thank you all.

thanks, surreal and vass!! its getting rather ,for the lackof a better word,"OLD" working away from home. but thats par in the life of a construction worker at times, especially for one who hails from the U.P. Northern Michigan isnt the hot spot for const opps in the winter months,so i have to do whatever i gotta for work.

oh,yea, that remote starter is a wonderful thingy!! its been close to 0 deg F a few nights and hopping into a warm truck with the windows defrosted is great!! and smiling and waving to those other folks scrapping their windows (and getting dirty looks back,i might add) is only icing on the cake LOL

i should be home sometime around the end of april,if i dont accept a job in indiana. but i think wifey will flip if i do that. you see,i m not the only one whose lonesome!!

an;yway, thanks everyone. i really enjoy coming here while out of town and reading and laughing. you are a great group.
