Every day of delay is a day where summer comes closer. Since saddam is the only one likely to Use WMD our troops will be at a huge disadvantage if it is delayed long. Temperatures are already thinking of increasing. Saddams troops will likely not be hampered by CBR encounter suits as they will know when an Chemical attack will happen. This is a huge advantage for the Iraqis as time goes on.
