The way I read it, the seller of that Million dollar patch is saying that all proceeds will go to a fund for the families- or to honor the memory of the brave souls that were lost.
Hopefully that is the case, which seems to me to be a worthy cause.
But- I pity the poor fool that tries to sell a piece of the wreckage, IMO they should be procecuted for stealing government property and profiting from the grief of others.
