Went to a sabres game last night, Man do they suck, 3-0 after the first period and they were playing Nashville..... Left after the second at 4-0. But they were saying before how buffalo sabres hockey club was under possible financial trouble,

Let me ask you, 40$ US for nosebleed tickets, 6$ US for parking, makes it a 100$ night out if you don't eat anything while there. How do they expect people to come?

Also, people in buffalo REALLY should adopt some sort of math policy, like everyone should have to take grade 4 math.

I park the car, ask how much, 6$, Ok, ask her how much, Canadian? 12$ They have some serious problems, your dollar is not worth 200% of ours, So they rip off people that come over the border supporting thier hockey club and they expect to stay afloat?

6$ US = 9$ Canadian. Maybe if the US adopted Skill testing questions for prize winnings Buffalo would never have a winner.

Yeah it's ridiculously expensive these days Wiz. Prohibitively so for many people. Even so, from my understandling, they were in debt due ti the owners debts for the most part; and not the hockey club itself.

Hehe, one of my roomates once said something funny about Buffalo.

One of our friends was saying how she was originally from there, and he goes
"You know what Buffalo is? Buffalo is the SECOND failed attempt at creating Chicago"

Heh, made me laugh for days.

Anyway, I think Golisano's gonna get his bid accepted. Hopefully he'll be able to keep things going. THey're gonna have to dump a lot of players this year though. Too bad, I always liked rooting for them. Especially when Hasek was around
