I wantthis to happen here in America.
I think it would be a great idea.

Agreed. I've always thought you should get a free massage (forget car washes) for every tank fill.

Well, as long as the person is decent looking and is trained in massage therapy I'm all for it. BTW, I also fill up 3 times a week. With all the driving I do I could definitely go for a good massage.
