I am just curious if any one still thinks this guy lives and breaths.

These two letters in like the last year are not terribly compelling to me.

I say he's alive until found and proven dead.

If he were dead the likelyhood of ever finding him would be about 0% even if we knew what cave he was in when the bomb hit.

My poll is not geared toward stopping the search for him. Merely the likelyhood of his life or death. Do you believe there is compelling evidence of his heart still beating. Based upon his former actions I still think he is not displaying his old patterns.

There is no safety reason for sending a video taped address. If he could do it he would IMO.

Is it these letters? Letters can be forged.

Or is it the fact that no body was found? (mind you they burry
their dead with in 24 hours) not finding a body is not very compelling to me.

Is it the simple fact that many of us are pessimists?

I think he is having health problems. Whether they are related to our actions in Afghanistan or not, I don't know. If he were still alive and kicking as he was before we wreaked havoc on the Taliban, then I believe he would be sending out more messages to bolster the moral of his troops in America and elsewhere.

There is no point in not showing your face on tape to rally the troops. See the great america's might could not oust the right.

Great photo opt. I could lean to the sick and incapacitated or dead but something is wrong (or very very right depending on who is looking).
