Anyone up for an Anti-War Rally?

Should be big...

I loved these in college.

I REALLY hope you are kidding, I know the article is not.

BTW, you have to register to see the article, which I did. I was taken aback by what I saw.

"Polls suggest Americans are not in step with the anti-war movement."
This is really not possible to say. Some polls show outstanding support for war, while others do not. FoxNews' fair and balanced team shows 67 to 69% of people supporting the war.

I didn't read the article because I don't want to sign up. So I hope the article is not about some kind of planned mass violence event.

But if it is simply about 'an Anti-War Rally' then YES I take part in these as often as I can.

Yeah, It is only an anti-war rally, nothing too outlandish.

My experience with war rallies is purely historical. They get people killed. Prior to the war I do not have a problem. But after the war starts I think our resolve should go to insuring our boys come home in one piece. This is done through resolve and unwavering support of our millitary.

Wars should be fought all or nothing. Iraq maintained the millitary it has now because of weak resolve and now we sit on the verge of war again. North Korea was another war fought with out resolve and we have another hotspot.

Politically correct and politics in general make bad bed fellows once a war is begun.

Anti-war wussies. A war with Iraq and removal of their current government is the most humane way to resolve the situation. If we don't take care of this problem now it will continue to fester into something worse later. And in the meantime there will be countless civil rights violations on the people of Iraq.

They reported this on NPR but I had to look around to find an article on it so I could post here. Washington Post didn't even put this on the front page.

Actually, antiwar rallies when I was in high school and college were more about partying (sexndrugsnrocknroll) than anything else. Wow, those were the days. Anyone remember, "War is not healthy for children and other living things"?

In case I haven't made myself clear, I'm 100% for disabling Saddam's war machine.
