you people must be slow or something. pigeons are like moths. they metamorph into existance. just like a catapiller becomes a butterfly or moth pigeons come from something totaly diferent

you know those little piles that dogs leave behind>>>three weeks later they become pigeons. thats why its very important to clean up after your dog

I had never seen one until my primary cat (Dropshadow) got one cornered.

Now Dropshadow is not a hunter, like my auxiliary cat, Jasper. I believe Dropshadow just wanted to...you know...try the hunting thing... so then he suddenly had this baby pigeon cornered and screaming its little beaked head off. To this day I don't know who was more alarmed, Dropshadow or this little bird.

Anyway, we wound up raising this pigeon (I am proud to say, I taught it to fly! ) and we were amazed at how affectionate a pigeon could be....Whenever I would go for a walk, I soon learned that there was a point up the road where "Pidge" could no longer see me, and so would fly over and land on my head! I would walk all over the place with this bird on my shoulder!

They may be "dumb" creatures, but they are also incredibly charming.
