That pretty well indicates the sort of people he pardoned. I heard about it a little bit ago on Fox News.

Braswell's companies, including Gero Vita International, market Prostata for prostate health, Testerex for sexual vitality and Serezac for depression. Former CFO Michael O'Neil has said Braswell's advertising was deceptive for products that fail to deliver the promised results.
He was pardoned for marketing a fraudulent balding product. Now he's running a scam for other "snake-oil" products. So who's guilty? As far as I'm concerned, the people that buy these products get what they pay for.

Osprey4,

Truth in advertising laws were written so that you can not profit from snake oil. Of course I do not know how they get away with as much as they do.

However profiting from someones affliction is not ok by me. You take people at a weak point in their life and offer them hope. Perhaps they should be more aware of scams. But I would liken it to someone who has cancer being offered a false cure when others give them no hope. The people are going to jump on that cure. This false hope for profit is about the cruelest of crimes.

Wheter it is cancer, or taking money to get someone out of debt, or even just praying on someones greed you product should do what it says or you should at least believe so or you should go to jail.

Intentionally preying on someones weakness is cruel nasty and generally sub human. This is not my humble opinion, it is fact.

Bush Pardonee Appointed

Eliot Abrams is serving as a senior national security advisor. John Poindexter (convicted; conviction reversed on a technicality) is heading up the Total Information Access program. Who next -- Ollie North?

Looks like Clinton made a bad choice there.

Bush pardoned some idiot in Tennessee. The guy was all exicited that he could vote again. Tennessee is one of many states where a convicted felon can vote.
