John Edward. Is this guy real???

My wife loves to watch this clown john edwards @ 11 pm on Sci-Fi.

This guy supposedly talks to the dead for people.

Now I do not know if he is real or not, but he sure does look for real.

When I first started watching him I heard him prying for answers like did some one in the audience have a C in their name like chuck or charlie that died of cancer. I am thinking this is bad. But as he continues to grill the person and tell them that they are wrong about an event in their life and upon reflection the people come back and say you know what john you were right.

I have seen him go to the detail of finding lost gift like a ring behind a the duck on top of the mantle with the picture of great uncle billy bob. I can not find the flaw when he goes into such detail. Of course assuming that the ones he does this to are not plants in the audience.

He has also done private readings on well known stars with dam good results.

If he is not doing it for real, then how is he identifying such little insignificant details?

Do you believe in paranormal and psysic abilities?

I find it strange that he does not ever talk about who committed the crime when someone has a murdered family member. I would think this would be important to the spooks.

Another burning question that I can think of is, why don't mediums ever tell us which Book is right. What is the correct religion???

"Crossing Over" i believe is the name of the show
I agree its pretty impressive, I'm typically a skeptic on stuff like that.. I mean why isn't he making a bundle off of psychic friends network

"Regardless" I think its pretty cool to watch it.

Thats not really true. I have seen him describe at least one killer to a mother (clothing , vehicle, etc). He also warned her not to go to Venezuela or somewhere like she was planning to do (she was invited to speak at some convention or something there) because that was where the person or gang who commited the murder was and her life would be in danger if she did go.

He's the biggest douche in the universe.

You guys seriously need to see South Park episode 615. It's all about Mr. Edward. And if Stan can use logical reasoning to nail his butt to the rafters....then I'm seriously disappointed in you guys. Seriously. No really, I'm seriously here.

When a famous psychic fails to help him exorcise Kenny from his body, Cartman takes other steps to achieve his goal. He and Chef travel to the moors of Scotland, where Chef’s mom tries a little of her voodoo magic on him. Meanwhile, after the boy’s encounter with the TV psychic, Kyle is paralyzed with fear at the thought of members of the spirit world watching over him. Only by debunking those who claim they can communicate with the dead can Stan save Kyle.

Thankfully I have no way to watch that stupid cartoon. I'm sure the cartoon has the all the answers concerning spiritually.

Ok Out, so you now believe stanly a character on a cartoon. Do you believe that buggs bunny really tested dud bombs in a bomb factory by whacking them with a hammer?

Basically I am not sure if you can use south park to determine whether or not there is an after-life where the dead can speak through John Edwards.

I think that south park is kinda able to twist the information to meet the ficticious storyline.

Do not get me wrong, I am not saying the clown is real. I am inclined to believe that he is a fake. However, I am not going to take the word of someone made of ink.

Do you often make decisions based upon what you see in cartoons??? Or do you rely on the voices in your head like me.

out nailed it. you guys need to see the episode to understand. basu\icly it shows how he starts with a generalization then, when someone responds, he follows their clues(ie comments body language etc) to fine tune his story by saying what they want to hear.
for example the chuck or charlie. if they were older, he would then ask if they lost a relative, cuz if someone is in their 60's chances are their relatives are dropping like flies. then a comment about money if it was a male that died since there was probably an inheritance or maybe grandma is looking after you if it was a female
bottom line they tell people what they want to hear. they also put people in the lines waiting outside to pick up information. this has been proven and why would they do that if they were real?
