| It can't happen because it doesn't exist. How do I know it doesn't exist? I Googled it and the results were 0 ! i know, not that funny, but I wanted to use that new smiley |

I hate to say it, but Google is NOT infallible.
We only like to THINK it is.
Cheers
Mick I wanted to use nice new smilies as well. | |

I was going to make a snide comment about the "meaning of life" having been answered when I ran across this site. http://www.douglasadams.com/creations/infocomjava.html
Way cool.
Sorry about the thread crap, cracked. We now return you to your regularly schedule thread.
BTW, I don't believe in unanswerable questions. When in doubt, the answer is, of course, 42.

There is no such thing, cracked. Everything is stoppable (with the exception of time), and nothing is immovable (except possibly blackholes, but even they move through the universe).
In my opinion, the only true unanswerable question is whether or not God exists. There is not a single test of any kind humans can perform to test this, and there truly is no way of knowing. Hence the reason religion is completely faith based.
EDIT - Nevermind, there is one other question that mankind will never be able to explain - in our physical realm; the inner workings of black holes. We will always be able to speculate, but never truly be able to test since NOTHING can exit (atleast if Einstein is correct in that light is the fastest moving 'object' in the universe).

In the case of the irresistable force...etc....here's what happens:
a) the irresistable force gets resisted, or
b) the immovable object gets moved and that is the deal!
Also: When a tree falls in the forest, it doesn't matter if there is anybody to hear it, it makes a MIGHTY ROAR, ANYWAY!
Of course, just IM hahaha"H"O.... |

The question is "If a man is alone in the woods and speaks, and a woman isn't around to hear him, is he still wrong??"
And If God can do anything, can he make a rock so big he can't lift it himself? I wanna kow the answer to the first one

BC acording to my wife "yes he is still wrong"
And if anything is possible, then it must be possible for something to be impossible.
