cosmetic surgery is a bit of a broad term these days
Do you want to look like the next michael jackson ( ).. do you want a breast enhancement? (guessing not) liposuction? ... granted I don't know much about them.. and I'm guessing its not something you want to just blurt out to the world... but I dont' know if there are just general places that do everything.

Vass is right - depends on what the surgery is for. [Cosmetic surgery is strictly speaking termed plastic surgery, and encompasses anything from burns patient grafting to nose jobs.
What kind of surgery - that might help define where is a centre of excellence.

PS Hollywood doesn't necessarily have the best surgeons - just the ones willing to do the most outrageous stuff.
