What's the deal?!

Okay,
everytime I come to resellers or Techimo NOT logged in, I can see everyone's little personal images/icons. And they're so entertaining! But when I log in and go to a thread they're no longer there!!!! I say a big "BOOOO!" to that. Anybody know what's up with that???

.... Oh and how do you insert them into your own profile???

Please reply as I'm losing sleep thinking about this.. I'm not sure I'll be able to function if I don't figure this out soon!! Ach!

to get your own go to the usercp button > edit options and scroll to the bottom.

as for you losing the abilities to see the avators. what browser are you using?

Only one problem... it's not working! I go into user CP/edit options/change the values/submit modifications... and nothing gets changed! Grrrr! I even hunted for that awful explorer browser on my computer. It didn't work either. Anyone got any suggestions?!!

Did you feed it an image? You need a .gif or .jpg that's no bigger than 10,000 bytes or 64X64 pixels, whichever is smaller. (There aren't any default avatars available.)

mm no actually i haven't even tried loading an avatar.... I'm still trying to view them. I change the settings in options so that I can view them in posts, save the changes, and nothing actually gets saved.

ho hum, no this is getting frustrating... I tried deleting my cookies, but that didn't work either. It just doesn't make any sense. WHen I submit the changes a screen temp. shows up saying that it's saving the changes to my acct. but then it doesn't. I guess I'm going to have to live w/out the avatars
