I hate to admit it, but if someone ticks me of enough for me to blow the horn (fairly rare occurrence) I lay on it until they turn beet red and turn around in their seat and start yelling.

I avoid using my horn unless I really need to let someone know that my car is an actual three dimensional object through which their vehicle cannot materialize.

On the rare occasion I need to honk, though, I always smile. Even when I'm ticked off.

Me too; usually they're nimrod cell-phoning SUV'ers
(No offense to SUV'ers who actually use their mirrors before changing lanes). Can't say that I smile, though.
