Flat and stinky wif all the refineries/chemical plants, etc..

There is some neat stuff to see around there, like the Battleship Texas, "last of the dreadnaughts" keel laid down in 1914.
San Jacinto monument, see the place where General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna got his azz handed to him by the little Texican army..
NASA is in clear lake,(I think thats the name, not 100% sure) a burb of Houston, its a cool place to visit and take the kids.
The port of Houston is pretty cool too. It's kind of wierd the first time you are going out across the prarie down there and in some spots it looks like a ship is sailing across a mesquite infested cow pasture, (courtesy of the Houston Ship channel).
Oh yeah, FRESH GULF SHRIMP!! yum...
If you were to go off into the hill country northwest of San Antonio, the signs look the same, but have an R.R in front of them.
That stands for "ranch road" same deal, just different name.
MMMMM.... R.R 335, 336,& 337.. they faboulous 30's... ahhhh... an asphalt roller coaster they are, very nice to enjoy on a motorbike.
