Its one of those fake BSOD. Press C-A-D to terminate the nasty program.

I'd not try it. It's just a nuisance and difficult to terminate.

Just so everyone knows, the link above will simulate a fatal error and will pop up windows intended to make the user think their computer is rebooting. The link is meant to be a joke, but I'm offering this warning because I've seen people loose time and work due to these full screen java driven jokes.

ALT + F4 should allow the person to close the window and resume their windows session. Hate to be a party pooper, but like I said, there must be sufficent warning so members don't loose time and productivity due to locked or apparently locked PC's
