creating avatars question...

Does anyone know of a good Gif Animator that allows for frame by frame manipulation?

I have tried a bunch of free ones, but they all are very limiting in what they can do ,and there is no really good way of editing, or manipulating the images while in those programs. I usually have to go to Paint, or something else to do that.

WWWGIF ANIMATOR is a very simple tool. It's very easy to use too.

[Google Search]

Yeah But with Gifworks you cannot do frames to make a short Gif "video".
I have a short Gif Video I created that is really cool, but exceeds the size limit to post it here.
Does anyone know of a way to make the file smaller without making the picture smaller, or degrading the picture "video" Quality?

Can I use something like Adobe premiere, or after effects to create Gif "movies"?

If you have any Adobe products, like Photoshop, then you want to use Image Ready (installs with Photoshop). It'll definitely do what you need to do.
