hello from New Orleans!
just thought I would give myself a welcome thread

I admin a discussion board (would post the link, but don't want to be accused of spamming ) and read many discussion boards during the course of my day at work. Yep, not a whole lot to do when you work shift work

Anyways, I found this site in google doing a search for Xbox info, and decided to register. TONS of good info here! Then, I saw that newegg had some ads here, and I knew this place would be ok in my book!

anyways, not that anyone cares, I have 5 hrs of "work" left, and I felt like saying hi

well, I am not a "native", more of a "transplant" I am just here due to a job. I am from Pitkin, went to College in Monroe. I have lived all over the state actually

well, I reside in Kenner right now, but if you tell people you live in Kenner, they say "huh?" so I just use New Orleans. I work for hte city and have a NO P.O. Box, so, that is close enough for me

LOL, small world! I have an uncle in Kenner. Whenever he's out here, he tells everybody he's from "N'Awlins"...he says it like that, too! ....he grew up in So. California...

It's actually pretty easy to get 50 posts, just cruise around all the fourms and see what and who can be helped. Or post yur own problems/rants/discussions dealing with technology in the approprite fourm.
