Could you also include the statistics for non-accidental fatalities for all of the info. I can tell these statistics come from a very biased source, similar to the # of people who die from smoking, I think this statistic includes the people who were smoking when they were shot or died in some other accident. |
wiz My son was taught from a very early age that any gun in the house was a loaded gun. it wasn't a toy and was to be treated with respect as a tool. accidental shooting happen when children watch tv and get a false image of what guns are about. its usualy an "empty" gun that hurts people.
he was also taught to never point a gun at anything he wasn't prepared to kill. if you point a gun at someone, pull the trigger. if not they will take the gun and kill you. I know it seems like a strange pont of view but it works in many ways. i would rather be forced to hire a lawyer then stand at my sons grave
