Need help with a cell phone.. Sony Ericsson T61D

Hi all. Great forum you have here. I've been lurking for about a week now, and finally decided that this is the kind of forum I've been looking for! I've yet to see any major flames or trolls, and I've come up countless threads with great discussions!

Anyways, my sis is having a problem with her cell phone. The thing will not shut off. Seems simple enough in the sense that all you usually have to do is hold the power button and BLEEP, the thing goes off. Not happening now. Anyone here had any problems or know of how I can go about rectifying the situation? Thanks in advance.

I guess it is a possibility, but hopefully it's not something she'll have to keep on doing. Oh well, if it is a major problem, it is still under warranty.

Welcome to TechIMO
I was just through Fort Wayne on the toll road the other day hehe

Is the phone still usable?
It may just be hung, removing the batteries will effectively "reboot" the phone

Send a message via ICQ to Agent_Embryo
I've previous experience with Ericsson mobiles of other models, but they all tend to have the Yes/No(Power) buttons break easily.
