I can feel the Christmas spirit fading...

Here's the Twenty Most Annoying Conservatives list. (Warning: some four-letter invective.)

Don't know why Theo, but after looking at the list and the comments, I feel sick!

Guess I don't have any sense of humor this morning! I don't normally waste my time reading garbage from morons, regardless if they are liberal OR conservative so I guess I won't be going back to that site again!

Uh, feel---myself---stripping---away---last---feelings of---good---tidings----and joy---uhgaaaAAAAa

lol, pretty entertaining!

Some of the people/ things are not political at all (they are just about normal life*, but normal* is often found to be conservative since it doesn't have anything to do with being "alternative"). I like the Ann Coulter and Fox and Friends parts. Funny that liberals can only call Ms. Coulter names since they can't argue with her. She counters everything you throw at her...with facts mixed with (in my opinion) very pithy comments. Granted she does her own name calling, but it is at least coupled with facts and the shrewd mind of a trained constitutional lawyer. As for Fox and Friends, I consider them balanced. They have both conservatives and liberals on unlike other shows. They are seen as conservative because they allow the conservative to voice an opinion on even ground to liberals which NO other morning show dares to do (novel concept!).

I hope the person who created www.rabidchicks.com will someday make the list. Please be thoughtful of comments made about that web site and its founder though, because it is my wife who created it...

* (I can hear it before you type it ...normal is what the vast majority of people do and does not include the non-mainstream or alternative that some like to paint as being normal. It is funny that some are offended by normal life. I will reserve my comments on why I think this is occurs so often. While normal is admittedly a subjective word, I refer to what 95% of America considers to be like their lives or the lives they grew up with (read: parents).)

Well, it is pretty intemperate. As for me, there's only one or two on the whole list that I'd use that kind of language on.

The slam at Bil Keane is more a matter of aesthetics; I really dislike "Family Circus", but I don't consider it politically offensive.

Many of these folks I haven't even heard of; I'm not a connoisseur of this stuff. Jack T. Chick doesn't even make the list (except indirectly; I guess he's retired the trophy).

I can see why Ann Coulter's in the Ninth Circle, though.

I thought Ari and George would be #2 and #1 respectively.

Is this list accurate?

Let's play: Name that Conservative!

I thought some of you might enjoy this. This is my wife in the pics along with some of your favorite people at CPAC last year. Ann Coulter told my wife that she "loved seeing a chick wearing an NRA button". As you can tell, I am very proud of my wife's ambitions. I only wish I could go to CPAC this year and meet all these cool folks :

No, shahani, it's totally idiosyncratic. Mine would look quite different. But Ann Coulter would be right at the top of mine, too.

(Mind you, prexaspes,, if I were compiling a "Most Annoying Liberals" list, James Carville would be pretty prominent on it. But at least he doesn't have bad hair. )
