Thats what it says on the bar just above the quick relply box, I think the times you see are your local time.

It appears to be EST for me.. I must not have changed it. The time says 5:46 AM and it's actually 2:46 AM for me. :0

Yeah, you can just change your time in your User CP -> options

I think because you can change the time to suit your location, this forum is not really based on any timezone.

Having said that, since the largest group of members is based in the continental US, then the most activity in the forum will be during the peak evening hours for the US.

If that helps, good, if it doesn't, I just wasted more hunt-and-peck typing time.
