Song and Artist? Help!!

All I can think of is a line from the song. It's new style Rock and the band is still around, I'm sure. The song is fairly recent, but this is all I can come up with. It been driving me crazy for two days!

They don't sound anything like Tool. In fact, no band that anyone has ever told me 'sounds like Tool' sounds anything like tool.

I gave up on Earshot. It was too... Something. All the same maybe.

Hmm. I thought Get Away sounded a bit like Tool. Not a lot, but a bit. And when the local radio stations introduce the song they say "Here's that band that sounds like Tool". Everyone has a different ear I guess.

That song sounds like a Tool coverband made their own song and have no other ideas.


I have only heard the one song from Audioslave, and either I am sick of it, or just don't find it that spectacular. It sounds just like a RATM song with Soundgarden vocals over it.........yeah I know, duh......but, I don't know, maybe I'll check out the rest before writing them off completely.
