Outdoors Forward Command Post

As some of you may recall, one of my favorite columnist with our local paper Margie Boule once again tries to bring awareness to the public.

this toy is an outrage! It should have never left the manufacturing plants period! I am sick and tired of the crap manufactures do to try and make a buck off our children exploiting and promoting voilence.

It's the perfect toy for that 5-year-old warmonger on your list

This toy is an alltime low. I think even our american soilders who visit this board will be outraged as well because its giving the totally wrong impression of what our american soilders are doing.

I am just behooved by this. I can't even begin to explain my thoughts. Well I could but i'd surely get banned for letting loose my explititive thoughts.

Spread the news around.

I personally probably would have enjoyed that toy as a child.

*shrug*
And BTW, all that "blood" on the walls sure as hell looks like bricks to me......

I looked at the image and cant see any blood or anyhting on the walls. I see bullet holes and powder burns, along with a bunch of red brinks, but no blood. This actually looks like a toy I would have enjoyed, with the big machine gun at the bottom. Without being any blood this looks pretty much like any other GI Joe toy, as you can remember they didnt bleed either, except that it is more of a makeshift command post, being in a house, than a fort type deal.
(use the zoom and you can see that there isnt any blood, jsut red bricks and powder burns)
American soldiers typically have to set up command posts in houses and buildings when fighting in urban areas. And I dont think they would be offended as there doesnt seem to be any blood on the walls or anything that makes them look like anything other than soldiers. Just looks to me like GI's fighting in a war torn house trying to win the battle.

It isnt like this is a toy promoting terrorism or GI suicide bomber. I see nothing more "dangerous" about this than the missle launching tanks GI Joe used to have and the elaborate guns all over the bases.

I dont see anything wrong with it either...

Whats the difference between this and cars that break apart when you smash them into a wall?

Those cars were great fun. I remember I had a hotweels car that the door would rotate and be "smashed in" when it got in an accident and hit its side. I cant tell you how many times we crashed those into the wall, into each other, into the washer, you name it. They were great toys and certainly didnt make me violent or hateful. I dotn feel the need to crash cars or shoot missles at anyone, except maybe cobra commander or Destro

LOL! What a bizarre toy! It looks as though this manufacturer had a line of doll houses they couldn't sell, so they got "creative" and redesigned the existing stock and voila! Toy history is made!

Little boys playing with dolls and doll houses...hmmm...could the official G.I. Joe camouflage cocktail dress be very far off?
