And when you do get your 51st post you can get avatar, just go to usercp then edit profile and down at bottom you can add avatar of your choice.

Avatars are a "reward" of sort for those that participate in the Technical areas of this community. We've removed some of the loopholes that allowed members to inflate their post count disproportionately to their participation in the Tech forums, and I hope that everyone will respect this "reward" and "earn" it in an honorable manner.
