I think you need more then an Electrical Engineer for this, But I would have to say this falls along the lines of perpetual motion. There is one thing that I can think of, Which is, Energy cannot be created or destroyed it can only be converted to another type. (not in quotes cuz I don't wanna look up the quote
) Meaning the machine has to draw energy from another source, He's claiming it takes his machine less energy to reverse the polarity of the perminant magnets (is this possible?) then the energy produced through the xfmr.
Personally I don't think this is possible, without another force from the outside world causeing it, Common sense tells you this isn't right. I got lost when they started mentioning the vaccuum. Sorry, not much but it's what I can offer. maybe someone can build on it (or re-build it
