What's going on
I have noticed over the past few days that I recieve E-mail notification like 4 or 5 hours after a post is made.

As an example. I just received an E-mail at 2:20 AM about a post to a thread. The post was made at 7:29 PM. It does not happen all of the time just later in the night.

Is anyone else having this or is my ISP just getting lax?

it seems to be working fine for me . perhaps it is your ISP . I know my ISP takes a while During peak hours .
