Shahani's Turkey?!

I don't know if anyone noticed or mentioned this yet, but Shahani's turkey is one of those rare Himalayan self-canabilizing turkeys. To be honest, it's sort of creeping me out...

It's a Thanksgiving Gift from Socalgal.

But I need something a bit more Christmasy before I errr.....explode eating all that turkey.
