gift ideas for a guitarist

My fiancee has to buy something for her brother-in-law for x-mas.
He likes to play guitar, so she would like to get something along those lines, he plays acoustic guitar.
The price limit is $20. So what would be a good gift idea, something useful that a guitarist would appreciate?

Links would be appreciated

How about a nice macrame'ed strap? You could put some beads on it, cost alot elsewhere, but your cost=four bucks, +some time.

A guitar instructional video would be nice.

http://www.philkeaggy.net/music/books.html

that is a page with instructional videos of Phil Keaggy...he is an excellent acoustic guitarist...the video I have is this one

Phil Keaggy Acoustic Guitar Style Video (1991)

it is very inspirational for acoustic guitar playing.

Never can go wrong with a good Kyser Capo

Well that link don't take you right to the Capo page,, Just type in Kyser, and it will come up.. There're about 14.99...

I was thinking of a capo as well. Those Gibson seat belt straps are nice though. I can't find them anymore.

Keaggy is my all-time favorite!!

Anyway, I'm a long-time guitarist who never thought I'd want an electronic tuner, but my wife got me one a few years ago and it's fantastic. The best part is how quickly a group of musicians can tune up. The one she got me is a little pricey for you but they have them down in the $20-30 range.
