What do you say only in the final frame?
The yellow is the same brightness in all it's "on" frames (2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17).
In fact frames 11, 13, 15, and 17 are 100% identical.

I know what you're saying Knot. But I wan't exactly going for photo-realism just yet. Otherwise I would have included the breaks and connections between bulbs and stuff like that.
Plus, the way I'm seeing it, the "Joe's" part of the light is not a direct view of a neon light. I see that as red plastic letters illuminated with white neon lights behind it.
