I used it while back in combination with err... I don't remember but it was something that helped creatine absorb into body.
I don't recall any help because of it, but no harm done either. Our laws prohibit the correct dosing of the thing. (it says on the package to take this and that much which is way too little).
Some of my friends, though, claimed it was of help to them. It's supposed to help burst strength.
Now I don't eat anything extra, I still have that 1kg pack of protein (about a year old) in my cupboard.
Last week they showed the episode of 'Fear factor' here that featured eating the cow brains. I'm sure the winner has
huge muscles the next week
