???What are you thankfull for???
It's about time for this thread I think! Thanksgiving (gobble gobble BAM....*silence*) is fast aproaching for Americans. Everyone else can be thankfull in this thread too if you want. That rocks! So any way what are you thankfull for (limit it to 5 or so things unless your REALLY thankfull for something then you deserve more )
I'm thankfull for...
1.)My AWESOME family! My mum...well I couldn't do so much without her! She has been the backbone for all my sports by keeping me healthy, and driving me around all over the place! She is just constantly their for me!
2.)My friends! Most of my really close friends are on either my Cross Country or Track team, and they are some of the closest friends I think I'll ever have. We are a family like no other team I've seen!
3.)My French homework is not due tonight like I though! YIPPIE! I can sleep!
4.)I have food, and I'm not having to go to a shelter for it. I worked at a shelter one year for thanksgiving and I felt very bad for the people thier! I tried to make it an amazing experience for them! When I get my own car I really would like to commit more of my time to community service like that!
5.)living in America! This place really rocks! GO USA!!!! |

I'm thankful for my son Tyler, my life (yes, in that order), my wonderful family that has been supportive of all my life's decisions, whether good or bad.
I'm thankful that my parents raised me right, even if I am a bit whacko every once in a while...hey, crazy can be fun!
I'm thankful for my freedom and the fact that I'm part of the best military in the world working to keep freedom a reality.
I'm thankful for my warm heart...reaching out to others has always brought true happiness to me.
[short on time here}
I'm certainly thankful for TechIMO...a lot of you wonderful people have become great friends and I thank you all so much for putting up with me!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
Mike

Bob you put that exceedingly well.
My list :
1) Family keeping well in all respects.
2) Have a good job in these nasty times
3) Lots of good friends, specially here at TechIMo, whom I speak with very regularly. In particular, Knothead, Epidemic, DooooooooG, and many others not so frequently, but all are very important for me and I am thankful.
4) My new HP DVD 200i burner. | |

Nice thread!
Sometimes I get down about this inequity or that, but then I think about the things to be grateful for, and then it's all good.
Like my daughters, I'm just crazy about them...my family, dunno what I'd do without 'em...having a nice place to live, in a country where it seems no matter which goofy direction I aim my life in, I've been unable to starve...my good health, this body takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'....
I'm also grateful for the people who are TechIMO; I've made some friends here that I consider every bit as real as anybody else! It's been a weird, but interesting year, and you guys have really put some 'lift' under me.
So, thank You! Todd
