LAGOS, Nigeria (AP) -- Angry mobs stabbed and set fire to bystanders Thursday in rioting that erupted after a newspaper suggested Islam's founding prophet would have approved of the Miss World beauty pageant. At least 50 people were killed and 200 injured.

This is terrible. Senseless really.

The same can be said for fundamentalist zealots of nearly any religion. I guess the idea is that if you kill anyone that doesn't believe as you do then you must be right.

The same can be said about pro-Life groups, People protesting the death penalty, Animal rights activists and many others...

Pro-Lifers can be some very violent people.
