You see Shahani. During war your intelligence does not need to be all that good. You need to blow up anything that moves. If you have a cease fire you make sure that only people who are giving up may move around the countryside. these caravans were moving warriors. People armed and planning to fight another day.

I think quite the contrary. In active wartime conditions, you need sharp intelligence or the enemy will clobber you.

What if enemy does not move? Then who do you shoot/blow up?
