I went to faqs section about avatars, and i clicked more info, but how do i actually put an avatar under my name?

Go into the User Control panel, and click the "User Options" tab. Then scroll down to the bottom to proceed to uploading your avatar.

I was just changing My halloween avatar back to something closer to normal. while I was doing this I noticed there are no shall me say "off the rack " avatars. I know the ministry has done a bunch that were never used . I was thinking maybe if we could get the help from the powers that be, and the ministry maybe we could work up a few for new members to use.
