Free housing for homeless drunks as opposed to shelters or jail, it's such a laughable notion unless it gets approved. Then it's a sad waste of taxpayer money. And Seattle's mayor fully endorses it.

All I can say, is that if this flies, it better not get federal funding because I don't want
my tax dollars supporting yet another stupid program for a bunch of people who don't deserve it anyway.
