Shooting at University of Arizona

I was driving home from university when i heard this on the radio. Apparently there's 4 dead. 2 Profs, 1 student and the shooter who apparently killed himself. Only 3 names have been released.

It happened this morning around 8:30 am. I heard it on the radio around 2:30pm.

Wow is the right word. I ue it to describe suprise, for anything good and bad. It's just suprising and despairing.

Guns should be banned in this country as in Europe.

Guns should be mandatory so people can protect themselves.

You betcha Out, if the prof's would have had guns on them they would at least have had a chance.. Perhaps never attacked because they could defend themselves.

What other western democracy, other than the US, allows their citizens to walk around with guns? You don't hear about mass shootings in Canada all the time.

shahani, you're theory on guns are completely unfounded. I don't know what drives such hysteria, but it's not fact.
