Prayers Needed Please...
Hello everybody...I am asking for your thoughts/prayers for a good friend of mine and a fellow TechIMOer, Lambo. I received an e-mail from him explaining what had happened to his Mom. He hasn't been around much as he's tending to his family matters...
His e-mail to me (& other friends): Quote:
Hello everyone,
I would just like you all to lift my mom up in your prayers as my dad has had to take her to Raleigh Community (hospital) just about an hour ago. She is having some stroke/heart attack symptoms. She also has some raised lumps on the back of her head that started to swell this evening.
God is already providing for her in that my brother is the Respiratory Therapist on duty in the Emergency room this evening (well, it's now morning. He may possibly be able to be with her a bit. I am praying that God keeps any respiratory visits to the Emergency room down this evening, so that my brother can be with my mom. I know she will feel much more comfortable if he is able to be in areas where my dad cannot go. He has already spoke with the doctor who will be working with her, and they were keeping in contact as my dad took my mom over.
We know that God is in control, and that He has my mom in His providential hands. I have faith that God will take care of her, and He will provide the doctors with insight into what is going on. My mom will soon celebrate her 11th anniversary being cancer free, so whatever this is, I know that God will provide her strength to battle it or to deal with it.
