Warthog, handguns take alot more practice to be proficient with than long guns. The advance experience of having one will serve you well.

S&W 9mm <--- carry
Ruger .357
H&R .22 revolver

Smith&Wesson 9mm.
Bersa .380

We carry the .380

The Bersa is a Great little gun. Great for the wife/girlfriend.
Both guns I own have the No Clip/No fire safty feature as well.
Which means. You can have one in the chamber ready to go, but the gun will not fire until you put the clip in.

I don't own any handguns at the moment....not legal here in Japan. I do have a few shotguns back in the States, including a Mossberg Persuader (like Wart's), and a couple of nice over-and-unders.

If I were going to move back to the states soon and wanted a concealed-carry pistol, I'd want a Glock 30.

BTW Warthog.
I L-O-V-E the Mossberg riot shotgun you posted.. That's my next purchase. How much did you pick that up for. I can get one at the monthly gun show here in Austin for about 260.00.
