Decisions, Decisions!

OK it's decision time!

What do you guys think? I have it narrowed down to 2 places I'll move into when I get to PA in a few weeks.

There is this place.....
2 bedrooms 787 sq feet, no covered parking and only 200 units in the complex..

Or This place....
Out in the boondocks, no high speed access, and quite rustic Hey at least the floors are refinished! (get a load of the view! and the one out the front is just as good!)
3 bedrooms up, 2 rooms and kitchen down..
I'm a little concerned about one bedroom upstairs, I got the heebie jeebies in it,, (naturally it's the largest one) like a ghost was in there ... well actually 2...

The difference in the Rent? 101.00

Boondocks looks magnificant. Give my right arm, well left arm, to live in a place like that. What a view!!

Good Luck.

I like the boondocks as well. Unless your really uncomfertable with the eery feeling you got and can't live without cable.

Nah, I can always sleep on the couch!

I'll live there alone till we get married..
I think my dog and cat will like the second choice more...

You can always get DirecPC, dish access

Go for the fresh air and fewer neighbors, you won't regret the choice

Farmhouse all the way...

Apts.. you're bound to be able to either - hear your downstairs/upstairs neighbor, hear the folks through the walls - have at least one wll be a bit bizarre.

I would want the farmhouse but the amentities are pretty nice. And the apartments will charge for animals while the house has room for them to roam freely. In the house if you want comapny you simply invite someone over or you go elsewhere. If you want to be alone you already have it...

Apartment:

Individually controlled air conditioning and gas heat Walk-in closets
Completely equipped kitchens with Whirlpool refrigerators/freezers, range, dishwasher and disposal Wall-to-wall carpeting
Washer and dryer in two- and three-bedrooms; one bedroom units do not have washer and dryer Rents include water, sewer and trash
Private deck or patio Olympic size swimming pool
Playground Clubroom
Off-street parking
24-hour emergency maintenance
Pets welcome under 20 lbs; small monthly extra charge
