Is it true that Hong-Kong is making plans to build a new tower that is 200 stories high. On the discovery channel about a month ago there was a show that showed plans and stuff like that.

i said they wont do it because 200 stories up is probably in or near the jetstream. you know how windy it was on top of the WTC? think of having something TWICE that height. winds in the jetstream are like 200mi/h or maybe it was 200km/h...still, that is just too much, the building would tip.
