2. The 3 digit code from the back of the credit card
C. Expiration date of credit card
5. And your name (exactly how it appears on the credit card).

Ok, I sent them everything, my creditcard and my drivers license(I didn't have a time to make a copy... so I sent the whole thing) and well, I guess I'ma wait, I might have writen the adress on wrong, because I had to use my toes, cuz I broke all my fingers. Well, wish me luck
