You do not really understand the relevance of the picture.
the way you clean a cat is as follows:
1) grab cat by scruff of neck and tail
2) toss in high flow toilet
3) slam the lid shut
4) Flush vigorously for 3 complete cycles
5) step five is dry the cat off ( pictured above).
