Religious faith has more proof than evolution.

Where in the bible does it describe the lifeforms that created oil in the earth. Where does religion address the fact that dinosaurs lived and walked the earth.

Look at the ages after the dinosaurs. you can virtually see the inefficient life formes spawning and transforming into more efficient creatures. whether or not god created man through evolution or it naturally occurred evolution is obviously the mechanism IMO of course.

The faith in evolution is very nearly complete. As for us not to be able to show current states of other creatures evolving. We are looking at evolution in terms of hundreds of years on a process that takes 100's of thousands of years.

Epidemic, I've pondered where the dinosaurs fit into the biblical equation also. The bible mentions that a day in heaven is like 10,000 years on earth. Figure 6 days of building, you've got 60,000 years to get some things accomplished. ( God rested on the 7th day, so one could imagine that he is still resting

Fritz makes the point I tried to make with the wife about us having power over all the creatures on earth to which she retorted with "yeah, but what happened when they were kicked out of Eden?" Damn, sometimes I hate having a smart wife

Knot....HELP! Man down! Don't know if you have the daily paper, but ( I don't remember the name of the strip ) the last few days has been a "boxing" match between the wife and husband on some issue. The guy has all his buddies in his corner rooting for him, and Don King is playing both sides of the ring. Quite funny, considering the current debate.
