I voted the "topmostest" choice assuming it means very much.

malto meal?!
that french?!
ya also chose the topmostest
Venison jerky is also very good

I don't like it when you have to use a small bandsaw to cut through it or rip it, but a nice beef jerky is definately good

I love it when it is chewy, and not so tough, you need a buzsaw to get thru it. I don't care for the peppered ones either.

Wha'? HUH?

The Italian language uses the word 'Male' for 'Bad'?

And this on a thread about jerkiness?

I reckon you're holding out on us, CM....

Does a "Slim Jim" qualify as beef jerky? Stopped eating it after I read the ingredients...

"Ingredients: Beef, mechanically separated chicken, water, salt, corn syrup, dextrose, flavorings, spice, paprika, hydrolyzed corn gluten, soy and wheat gluten protiens, sodium nitrite, lactic acid starter culture."

I remember it also having meat by-products and pig snouts,

Meat By-Products - the non rendered, clean parts, other than meat, derived from slaughtered mammals. It includes, but is not limited to, lungs, spleen, kidneys, brain, livers, blood, bone, partially defatted low-temperature fatty tissue and stomachs and intestines freed of their contents. It does not include hair, horns, teeth and hooves.

Wait till you find out what mechanically separated chicken is...

Yummy...enjoy!

Beef, turkey, venison... you name it! It's like meat chewing gum.
