P = 10kg x 300m/s (300m/s is pretty fast and 10kg arm is not a bad estimate)
P = 3000kgm/s
P = mv
P / m = v
3000kgm/s / 100kg = 30m/s
cool, if he punched a guy with a speed of 300m/s on his hand and a 10kg hand/arm (roughly 22lbs) he would send the badguy flying 30m/s assuming 100% elastic collission.

Ek = (300)(10)^2
Ek = (300)(100)

30000/0.25 = 120000N
now we know the force lets see the acceleration of the bad guy
F = ma
F/m = a
120000N/100kg = 1200m/s^2
